Reda, a tough but devoted boxing coach from France, lives a simple life managing his gym. When his younger brother, Brahim, an internet influencer obsessed with Pablo Escobar and narcoculture, is allegedly kidnapped by a cartel during a trip to Colombia, Reda refuses to stand by. He rallies his gym members for a rescue mission, but only his childhood friend Stan and the fearless yet unpredictable Chafix, a dwarf boxer, show up.
Determined, the trio arrives in Medellin and begins their search at a strip club. There, they question Cynthia, a pole dancer who speaks a bit of French. She suspiciously insists on taking them somewhere else, but before they know it, they are caught in an all-night cocaine-fueled party. When they wake up, they are horrified to discover they have kidnapped Don Nacho, the son of cartel boss El Diablo.
With no other choice, Reda posts a ransom video, demanding Brahim’s release in exchange for Don Nacho. Soon, Brahim calls, panicked and confused—he confesses that his “kidnapping” was staged as a publicity stunt and that he is actually on vacation in another city. Realizing they have put themselves in grave danger for no reason, the trio races to retrieve Brahim and flee. But the cartel is already hunting them.

As they attempt to escape with Don Nacho in the trunk, a high-speed car chase erupts. Gunfire rains down as they narrowly escape, but in the chaos, Brahim is actually kidnapped—this time for real. Now, the hostage exchange must happen. During a tense video call, El Diablo shows Brahim being mauled by attack dogs. Reda, determined not to be outmatched, retaliates by tossing Don Nacho into shark-infested waters. But before he can drown, a shark bites off his legs. With no other options, Reda’s team rushes Don Nacho to a local vet, who barely manages to save his life. When a blood transfusion is needed, both Reda and Stan make excuses, but Chafix steps up, risking his own life to save their leverage.
The exchange is set for a Medellin cemetery. Hoping to deceive the cartel, they hide Don Nacho’s missing limbs under a blanket. But just as they try to escape with Brahim, the cartel realizes the deception. Furious, El Diablo orders his men to kill them all. Reda, Stan, and Chafix flee, barely escaping through the city slums. They find unexpected help from Cynthia, who reveals she is actually Marissa, an undercover police officer investigating the cartel.
However, Marissa’s attempt to call for police backup fails when she learns the entire force is corrupt. As they drive toward the Venezuelan border, El Diablo sends them another video—Brahim, brutally tortured. Reda makes a choice: they must return, take down the cartel, and free Brahim once and for all.
Marissa introduces them to Robbie, an American military operative, who quickly arms and trains Reda and Stan. A plan is set: Chafix will infiltrate a cartel-run bar and provoke them, ensuring he gets captured. With a GPS tracker hidden on him, he is taken to the same location as Brahim, allowing Robbie to pinpoint their location.

Robbie sends Reda and Stan to a cocaine manufacturing facility, where they rescue Brahim. But as they escape, they realize they left Chafix behind. After a moment of hesitation, they return, using their newfound combat skills to eliminate a wave of cartel enforcers.
Reuniting with Marissa outside the city, Brahim recognizes the location—it once belonged to Pablo Escobar. Inside the hacienda, he discovers a hidden passage leading to a helicopter. As they prepare to escape, Marissa persuades Reda to help her finish what they started—destroying the cartel for good.
They rig the estate with explosives and lure El Diablo’s forces into a final showdown. As the cartel arrives, guns blazing, Reda fights from a barricaded bedroom. But he soon realizes the steel-reinforced walls are blocking the detonator signal. Accepting his fate, he makes the ultimate sacrifice—manually triggering the explosives, taking El Diablo and his men down with him. Back in France, Reda is honored as a hero, his legacy cemented in an act of ultimate bravery.
